Check out our fleet or just message us on WhatsApp. Tell us how many people you have and when you want to go. We'll send you the best options with photos and prices right away.

2. Confirm Details

Add any extras like food or decorations. Once you're happy, pay a 50% deposit via our secure link to lock in your date. We'll need some ID details for the passenger list, but that's it.

3. Set Sail

You'll get a voucher with all the info, including a map pin for the meeting point. Show up 15 minutes early, meet your captain, and get ready for an amazing time on the water.

You'll get a voucher with all the details, including the meeting point and captain's number. If the weather turns bad and the coast guard stops us, we'll reschedule or refund you.

If they say it's unsafe, we will either reschedule your trip for free within a year or give you a full refund. For minor weather issues, the captain might just tweak the route to keep things smooth.

Absolutely, feel free to bring your favorite snacks and meals. Alcohol is allowed, but please drink responsibly and follow UAE laws. We'll have a cooler with ice ready for you. Just a heads-up: red wine isn't the best idea due to potential stains. If you'd rather not cook, we can arrange catering.

Yes, if you book a daytime trip of 4 hours or more. The captain will find a safe, calm spot to anchor away from other boats. We have life jackets for everyone, kids included. Just remember, the captain has the final say based on the sea conditions.

You can cancel for free and get your deposit back if you let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If it's less than 48 hours, the payment is non-refundable. Special holidays like New Year's might have stricter rules, but we'll tell you about those before you book.

Most of our trips start from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. We'll send you the exact location pin and parking details on WhatsApp 24 hours before you sail. If you need a ride, we can organize a private transfer. Try to get there about 10-15 minutes early.
