Once done, you get an instant voucher with a map pin and photo of your boat. Just note that 5% VAT is added to the final bill.

The price you see is comprehensive. It includes the yacht itself, a licensed captain, deck crew, and fuel for standard cruising speeds. We also provide unlimited water, soft drinks, ice, and fresh towels. You get access to the sound system too. The only extra is the mandatory 5% VAT. Things like food, decor, or jet skis are optional add-ons.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own snacks, meals, and beverages. Alcohol is permitted for guests over 21. Our crew is happy to help serve, and many boats have electric grills if you want a BBQ. Alternatively, we can organize professional catering if you prefer a hands-off experience.

Yes, swimming is a highlight for many guests. We stop in designated calm areas during daylight hours. Safety is the priority, so the captain makes the final call based on sea conditions. Life jackets are provided for everyone, and the crew keeps a watchful eye while you are in the water.

We don't take risks with safety. If the Coast Guard or our captains deem the weather unsafe, we will contact you immediately. We'll try to move your booking to a new date at no cost. If rescheduling doesn't work for you, we issue a full refund of your deposit.

It's flexible. Cancel up to 48 hours before your slot for a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, there's a 50% charge. Anything within 24 hours is non-refundable. If you just need to shift the time slightly, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, this is a strict Coast Guard requirement. Every passenger, regardless of age, needs valid identification. Emirates ID for residents, original passport for tourists. Usually, a clear photo on your mobile phone is accepted, but it's best to have the physical copy just in case.
