Every single guest needs a valid physical ID. This can be a passport or an Emirates ID. We have to send the passenger manifest to the Coast Guard before we can untie from the dock. No ID often means no sailing, so please remind your group.

Safety is our priority. If the Coast Guard issues a warning and we can't sail, you get a full refund or a free reschedule. For personal changes, you can cancel or move your booking for free up to 48 hours before the trip.
