Shamal & Pearl operates as a direct charter company. We handle the scheduling, preparation, and crew coordination for our vessels rather than acting as a third-party ticketing platform. Every charter is managed directly by our team from the initial enquiry through to return to dock. You communicate straight with our team in the chat, receiving direct operational updates, accurate availability, and clear booking terms without dealing with intermediary agents or separate broker fees.

Our inventory comprises 88 yachts and boats ranging from 33 feet to 164 feet in length, accommodating groups up to a maximum of 90 guests. Charter prices range from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour, with all prices already including VAT. We require a minimum booking of 2 hours. Every reservation automatically includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, marine insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Additional options such as water sports equipment, catering, sound systems, and transfers can be added on request.

A date is confirmed only with a 30 % deposit; dates are not held without it. If weather conditions do not allow sailing, we move the charter to another date or refund the payment, as chosen by the guest. Guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, with zero corkage fees. Alternatively, catering, BBQ menus, and bar service are available on request. We respond in the chat within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST.

Trips start from two main berthing spots: Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. Departures run daily between 9:00 and 23:00 GST. Both locations provide direct access to the open sea and coastal routes. Guests receive exact berth coordinates and directions inside the WhatsApp chat once a booking is confirmed. No passport or ID is needed to board the vessel at either departure point.
