These terms govern all private charters operated by Shamal & Pearl across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats. We provide clear pricing with VAT included, simple payment steps, and transparent handling of weather disruptions. Reserving your date and payment terms

Charters run for a minimum of 2 hours, with hourly rates ranging from 600 AED to 18,900 AED depending on the chosen vessel from our 88 yachts and boats. All quoted rates already include VAT. To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required. We do not hold calendar dates without this deposit. The remaining balance is settled prior to departure from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Message us on WhatsApp to check vessel availability and secure your slot; our team responds within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily.

Safety coverage and operator liability

Every charter across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats includes comprehensive insurance coverage as standard. Navigational control remains entirely with the licensed captain throughout the journey from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Vessel capacities range up to 90 guests and lengths from 33 to 164 feet, and guest counts must remain within the certified capacity of the specific vessel. Handling adverse weather and schedule adjustments

If sea or weather conditions do not allow sailing on your booked day, you have full control over the outcome. We either agree a new date in the chat or issue a full refund of your payment—the guest chooses the preferred option. All schedule changes and date agreements are handled directly via the WhatsApp button on this page. We respond to every rescheduling query within 15 minutes from 9:00 to 23:00 GST daily to confirm your updated itinerary promptly.

Guest provisions and boarding guidelines

No passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages on board, including alcoholic drinks, with no corkage fee applied. Every charter includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, soft drinks, ice, fresh towels, and life jackets. Additional options such as catering, BBQ menus, bar service, water sports, fishing tackle, sound systems, DJ setups, decorations, and car transfers can be added upon request when arranging your trip through our WhatsApp chat.

Common questions

What happens if sea conditions prevent our boat from sailing?

If the weather does not allow sailing, we move the charter to another date or refund your payment in full. The choice between rescheduling or receiving a refund belongs entirely to the guest. We coordinate all updates directly via WhatsApp within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST.

Can I receive my 30% deposit back if conditions are unsuitable?

Yes. If adverse weather does not allow the vessel to sail, you can choose to receive a complete refund of your payment rather than moving to a new date. We process these arrangements directly in the WhatsApp chat, where our team replies within 15 minutes, 9:00–23:00 GST daily.

Are guests allowed to supply their own alcohol and meals?

Yes, guests may bring their own food and drinks on board, including alcoholic beverages. Shamal & Pearl does not charge any corkage fee. Soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets are already supplied on every charter across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats.
